1. Cultural Centres and Cultural rehabilitation:

Markaz envisions uplifting the community through their cultural activities by providing cultural centres and support. CFI has built tens of such centres which benefitted for more than lakhs of people. People take part in various cultural activities in these centres for their wellness and welfare.

2. Disaster management:

A socially responsible institute has to provide help for the people in urgent needs. After the menace of several natural calamities, Markaz has provided houseboats to the fisherman, houses to the lost, and blanket and winter dresses for the people who live in slum areas. About 30,000 poor people benefitted from these projects.

3. Health:

The change is abrupt in the new world order; more people are becoming vulnerable and prone to disasters or are forced to cope with acts of violence, financial crises and growing uncertainty, more often without adequate support even from their local authorities. Markaz provides immediate relief and assists in the rehabilitation process of the affected communities in the aftermath of any calamity. We help communities build their capacity to better cope with and recover from disasters.
