Iyas Muhammad Wins Silver Medal at World Mix Boxing Championship

Kozhikode: Iyas Muhammad, a student of Markaz Public School, Balussery, has won the Silver Medal at the World Mix Boxing Championship held in Kathmandu, Nepal, under the auspices of the World Mix Boxing Federation (WMBF).

Iyas secured the silver medal in the 10–12 age category (36–38 kg weight division) at the international championship, which featured the participation of around 100 athletes from nine countries. The winners were honoured with medals at the closing ceremony, which was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Kathmandu and Ragesh Maskar, Founder and Secretary of the World Mix Boxing Federation.

The Markaz management, school officials, and teachers congratulated Iyas Muhammad on his remarkable achievement and commended his outstanding performance in bringing honour to his school and country at such a young age.
