Refund Policy

Policy Overview

Markazu Saquafathi Sunniyya has instituted this Donation Refund Policy to ensure fair, transparent, and accountable processing of refund requests, especially as digital and online donation methods are increasingly used. Markazu Saquafathi Sunniyya expects all donors to exercise due care and diligence while making donations.

Markaz also acknowledges that, in certain situations, donations may be made erroneously or donors may wish to reconsider their decision. In such cases, Markazu Saquafathi Sunniyya will examine refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will endeavor to process eligible refunds. The Academy may request proper explanations and supporting verification documents from the donor before processing any refund.

However, Markazu Saquafathi Sunniyya is not obligated to provide refunds and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline any refund request. This is particularly applicable in cases where a tax exemption receipt or certificate has already been issued for the donation.
