The International Milad conference held at Knowledge City gave a unique experience to the believers

Calicut: Markaz Knowledge City hosted the International Milad Conference, providing an extraordinary gathering for those who revered the Prophet Muhammed ﷺ. This event marked a significant initiative as it was held for the first time at Jamiul Futuh, the Indian Grand Masjid in Markaz Knowledge City, which had previously been hosted in Calicut city under the auspices of the Grand Mufti of India, Sheikh Abubakr Ahmad, for many years.

Sheikh Abubakr Ahmad emphasized the pivotal role of a strong constitution in India, a country with the world's largest population. He also lauded India's success in the Chandrayaan mission as a testament to the nation's remarkable achievements in science and technology.

The conference was inaugurated by Lebanon Mufti Shaikh Usama Abdul Razzaq Al Rifai and presided over by Samasta Kerala Jamiatul Ulema President E Sulaiman Musliar. Dr. Usama Al Azhari, a distinguished scholar and Religious Affairs Adviser to the Egyptian President, Delivered the keynote address.

Several other notable figures and scholars graced the event with their presence, including representatives from Zaytoona University of Tunisia, Sheikh Mohammad Almadani Tunis, and Sheikh Anees Marzooq Tunis. Syed Ali Bafaqi, Markaz President Ponmala Abdul Qadir Musliar, Syed Ibrahimul Khalil Al Bukhari, General Secretary of the Kerala Muslim Jamaat, and  C Muhammad Faizi, Hajj Committee Chairman, were among the key speakers. Markaz Rector Dr. Muhammad Abdul Hakkim Azhari delivered the opening speech.

The conference also enjoyed the participation of esteemed guests from Gulf countries, foreign representatives, scholars, and Sadats. The event commenced with a captivating presentation of Mawlid and praises on Prophet Muhammed ﷺ.

This conference drew attendees from within the country and around the world, making it a truly international and enlightening experience.
